West and willow are amazing! Their work is amazing. When they missed a small detail on my dog, they were quick and happy to correct the error. They sent me a revision to make sure I liked it before it was shipped. Amazing company and wonderful customer service!

Oh my goodness I am obsessed! I got all three dogs and it came out beautifully! You can even see their expressive eyes! Such a beautiful work of art!

We received our custom portrait and are very impressed! Had no idea what to expect (other than what I saw on social media) and the quality of the photos provided I'm sure have an impact on the final product. We just lost our kitty Emmitt a month ago so this was great timing to honor our wee boy and his sister who we lost in 2020.

It was so easy! I ordered a photo of both of our dogs. It turned out very well. My husband is going to love ❤️ it! Thank you!

I can honestly say that every part of my West & Willow experience was amazing. From uploading photos, placing the order, the speed of delivery (they bailed me out on a late Christmas present) to the finished product. It’s exactly what I envisioned and then some. Jeramy in Customer Service was amazing and helpful with ensuring my order made it to me in time. I need to get another dog now just so I can order another one 😂

The portrait turned out great! Every feature and detail was just as it should be. The one bit of constructive criticism I can think of is that the fur colors don't exactly match, mainly that the white areas weren't quite white. But honestly, I'm not really concerned with that. If I had been, I could have specified that on the order. I thought the artist did an excellent job and I would happily give West & Willow my business again.
