Disappointed not much of the pet shown! Half the portrait is blank white with just name at top and then bottom portion of pet head. Quality of frame and pic good.

It was an okay portrait. It got the features of my dog spot on but the color was wrong. His body and majority of his facial fur was grey in color when he is actually brown.

The mug is nice, but we got the larger one and the picture and the name are very small compared to the mug. Also, I don’t think the mug was worth the $75 I ended up paying which included shipping.

I loved that it was such a quick process to upload your picture and pick the matting and frame color. What I didn’t like is that there was no preview sent before it was made. My dog has a half blue eye and it wasn’t in the finished product. Also she is black, white and grey so the white background blends in with her white fur. If there was a preview we could have made those changes before. Overall I love the art but not fully satisfied.

Hi Siobhan, We're so glad to know that you find the order process easy to do! Also, as of the moment, we don't have a system set up for preview yet. We are still working on making some internal changes based on your recommendations. 👍🏼

I haven’t gotten it yet so I can’t review it 😉

Hi, Thanks for the fast service, but the cup could be better and more of the pet could be shown. Also the spacing between the name and the pet could be better.

I received two of the same photo, despite ordering with two different pics and names. It takes too long for a response and this was a Christmas gift.

Hello Deborah, We are very sorry for the bad experience. Upon checking, your replacement order was already processed.

I am unsure of the portrait. My dog is mainly white with black markings. The face of the portrait is nice except her eyes are dark and the portrait has light brown. The front torso looks grey. I would not order again. It’s is nicely done but not the best representation my dog.
