This survey is sent immediately following the placement of my order. Why? I didn’t initially complete it, but the it was sent again … with a reminder. I have faith in West & Willow but the proof is in the pudding, as they say. The order process was straightforward but I’ve obviously not yet received my merchandise. Why not send the survey once the purchaser has received the portrait (in this case) to allow for a proper review of both the piece and process? Thus, my score of two ⭐️ stars…until I receive my order in good condition and acceptable time frame.

I don’t know if this is in yalls control, but my order said it would get here Thursday the 2nd, then last night said it would deliver by Friday the 3rd, now it’s saying Monday the 6th. This is a gift and it’s annoying it keeps getting pushed back. Like I said I don’t know if y’all can control this, but I keep getting emails on how y’all did and I can’t even review the product yet.

The customer service provided was highly responsive, promptly addressing my two inquiries. Despite the positive support experience, I encountered some disappointments with the overall process. It took nearly a month to receive my portrait, and I had to contact customer service to obtain the digital copy, which had not been sent initially. Regrettably, the quality of the portrait fell short of our expectations. Without prior knowledge, I wouldn't have recognized it as an illustration of my dog. Beyond the issue of accuracy, the overall aesthetic of the illustration did not align with the impressive examples showcased on the website.

How can you ask me to review a product I've yet to receive. Plus I never got to preview the picture before placing the order.

Poor quality product.

I am disappointed, I would have thought for the price it would have been made better, the picture was on a black background with a black cat. I tried to contact them, no response. Frame was cheap and had stuff on it. Won’t order from them again. I was hoping they were good but unfortunately they weren’t.

So far. Not good. I just purchase a portrait and hard to reach back. No ph number. I just need to change the delivery address. I sent messages and no Answer yet.

I picked a dark background but I asked before production if it would be too dark for my pups coloring. I didn’t receive a response and received the picture. And it’s too dark to see my pups cute ears. They fade completely away. Disappointing Someone should have reached out. They can see what I see.
