Two months after placing my order, I still haven’t received the items

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with West & Willow and their lack of customer service. I placed an order on February 5th, and not only did they send me the wrong item, but after weeks of waiting for a replacement, I still have not received it. Customer service has been terrible throughout this process. After reaching out multiple times, they provided tracking information, yet UPS doesn’t even have possession of the package. When I requested to speak with a manager, they completely ignored my request and sent another generic response. No apology, no effort to make things right—just empty reassurances. It has now been over a month, and I am left without my order, no resolution, and no compensation for their mistake. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and I would not recommend ordering from them. If you value good customer service and reliability, I’d suggest looking elsewhere

Ordered pictures of my cats for my husband for Christmas. They arrived and were awful. They looked like grumpy cats. I didn't realize there was no review proof ahead of time and figured that was the issue. We went through the replacement process and were allowed to view proofs. They sent them out and they were in different frames then the originals and the art work was again awful. They were dark and despite multiple reviews between us and months of back and forth they are not fit to display. I have asked for a full refund and they will not provide it. They refunded the frames, but I'm out $150 and a ruined Christmas gift. This is not a good business. The artwork was actually offensively bad. That they even drew sad and sullen photos of loved ones is just so heartbreaking. Do not use this company. Find a real artist to do portraits. This place is a scam.

The painting of my dog was missing his ears. I spent about $100 to get completely unusable painting and mug

Ordered in Oct 2024 and still do not have product.

It is March 4th. Still trying to get a Christmas order corrected. I think this company is overwhelmed. No way to talk to anyone via phone. Enough said.

Purchased the digital copies and did not received it

Mug print is too small. All of the examples show a relatively good size pet pic compared to the mug. It seems that they put zero effort into sizing my pup correctly. Quite disappointed in the quality based on the high price.
