Quick turnaround and quality of product exceeded expectations

Exactly what I was hoping for and arrived in time!

I received my order and one of my dogs was the wrong color. I sent in an email and they so graciously emailed me back right away and informed me that they would correct this promptly. I got the new proof and it is absolutely perfect! Such an amazing company to work with as they strive to make your pet portrait everything you hoped it would be!

I have purchased many times from West and Willow and have always been very pleased. This time, I was not as satisfied with the artwork so I reached out to the team and received amazing customer service. The attention I received was great and I am so satisfied with the final result after revision.

The customer response was fast and efficient. The picture is exactly what I was hoping for it to be. A picture of our Chessie, Brady, we lost in January and a picture of our new Chessie, Westley, who is Brady’s nephew. I cried when I opened it and my husband and partner will do the same.
