I am by far impressed by this company and how sincere and personable they are. I had placed an order and overlooked the shipping times. I wanted in time for Christmas so I reached out to see if I could get a refund. They sent the refund immediately and than even after all of that, they went ahead and made our portrait anyway and shipped and I received 3 days before Christmas! I will send many people their way and if I ever need anything like this done again, I will 1000% give them my business!

The order came in really quickly! And the picture of my dog looks so real and unique.

I am so impressed with the quality of my pet portrait and the service. I ordered late in the holiday season realizing I may have been too late but they were able to turn around Max's portrait quickly. I ordered the digital download which I'm glad I did. Their website was having a litte trouble due to high volume but customer service got back to me right away and sent me the image. My dog Max is 13, so every Christmas is a blessing and this was an amazing way to make sure he's always in the home. Thank you!

I honestly cannot recommend West & Willow enough! Not only is their product incredible but so is their team. I accidentally ordered the wrong size during a Black Friday sale and when I reached out to Customer Service they were quick to respond, kind, and easily resolved the issue for me. Thank you W&W!
