The order process was very simple helpful tips about how to submit your photos. I don’t have the finish product yet, so I can’t comment on that but I’m super excited and looking forward to receiving it.

I ordered a picture of my two dogs. It turned out super cute, but, my smaller dogs head is large and my large dogs head is small in the picture. If anything, their heads should be the same size if not able to do correct proportions. I wish West & Willow would send a proof to be approved.

My order came in incorrect. I feel that the support team had quick responses and the artwork does look really good. I am just bummed that it came in with the name spelled correctly and that it takes more time to get the item in. I appreciate the communication and quick responses when I contacted them. I would and will order again.
