I am a little dissapointed the frame seems broken, in two of the corners they are not sealed it’s like the frame is not sealed or got damaged.

I ordered a gift card . It was sent to me. There were no options to send it to the recipient. I’m disappointed I could not order it and send it to a different email adt. I emailed the company immediately after purchase and have not heard anything.

Hi Gay, I have found a number of email threads with you, all of which have been responded to. We use a ticketing system to ensure nothing gets missed, but I do not doubt what you are saying, and I apologize as our system must have failed us on this occasion.

While this is a cute item based on the price I expected a higher quality product. Overpriced and probably would not have purchased unless it was less expensive.

Liked shipping was quick and order process was easy. Dislike quality of the artwork. Not worth the price paid. Advertisements showed higher quality which made me buy but probably won't again

My picture turned out very good but when I received it in the mail and opened it had a wrinkle crease in it that will not come out which was upsetting but nothing they could have done to prevent it from happening I guess.
