We received a broken frame, and the second one around was cracked in another corner. Awesome artwork but I would maybe just order the artwork and buy my own frame

I’m disappointed that it’s $10 for shipping. There should be free shipping with orders at least over $50. That’s unreasonable.

The ad I saw on IG made it look like you make an actual photo enhancement of the pictures I sent. That’s what I was hoping for. I was so disappointed when I saw that it’s a very simple/basic water-color-looking rendering. For $140, I expected far better quality and a more accurate explanation of your product.

Some how the cats name is wrong. I would have thought an email of the print prior to mailing would alleviate any wrong.
