Poor quality product
I ordered a “their Heiness” portrait of my cat. The first portrait sent depicted a very blurry version of my cat’s face. I asked the team to revise the portrait and agreed upon a revised version of the picture. The second portrait sent to me did not look anything like the revised portrait. My cat’s face was stretched very wide making her face appear distorted. Moreover it was the wrong size. The customer service agent tried to tell me it was indeed the right size and the same picture, even after I sent her clear photos showing the issues. Poor quality picture. There are plenty of other companies who do the same thing with a better product.
