Excellent communication and fast response. Their art work is amazing.

The artist captured our dogs eyes perfectly. My husband was thrilled with his gifts!

I am very pleased excellent customer service when I had a problem with my order. Our grand puppy’s eyes were not just quite right and the West and Willow team took care of it pronto! The end result = SUPER SUCCESS! Our daughter LOVED her gift. Highly recommend!
