Great holiday gift ~ my son loved it!

really loved the detail on my portrait!

Loved it so much, that I just bought two more!! The picture is beautiful and so realistic.

I was gifted a portrait of my girl who left us back in October for Christmas. It is beautiful. They captured her purrfectly, right down to the expression behind her eyes.

Was able to add a rush order to get it before Christmas!

I had placed an order to West and Willow after seeing a family members pet portrait in their home and fell in love! I placed an order for a pet portrait as a Christmas gift for my extended family during the busy holiday season. Unfortunately I just wasn’t too happy with how it turned out (mind you- it’s entirely about the quality of the photo you choose to submit! It completely matters, so follow the guidelines to ensure a beautiful design!) Anyways, I ended up communicating with their customer service team (thank you Andrian for being a rockstar) and many emails later, in addition to me taking new photos of the pets- I cannot tell you how amazing it turned out. I would 1000% recommend this to any pet parent and as a gift to all!

I had an issue with some ink being smudged on the throw pillow I ordered and the customer service was outstanding! It was so quick and easy. They issued a replacement for me. Everyone I talked to was so nice. Thank you so much west and willow!

Customer service was excellent and fast with a scratch on the frame of my picture. Thank you
