Im sorry but i have beeb sent and charged for 2. I resent a 2nd time as i had not heard anything from your service for a few weeks so sent again. I now how 2 of the same picture. I would like to send on back for a refund. This is the 4-5th order i have made with you and always been very happy. Also the frame that arrived with the black background is broken. I had a special picture made for my husband for Christmas- the frame was broken in the corner. I will have to wrap it broken & give it anyway. Hoping a new one is sent after Christmas.

The artwork is great however the website is terrible. I had a 15 off code which appeared to go thru then when I paid with PayPal I paid full price! Also had referred a friend who made an order on my link and I did Not get credit.

The print of a dog was nice but come on... I found long dark hair on the print under the name! I don't know if this is the hair or just the pencil that went crazy and left this long curved line or something. Anyway, it does not look good. I can't open the frame because it is sealed well, so I can't do anything with this cosmetic issue. I wasn't sure about ordering from W&W since I read some negative reviews on social media, and here we go... You should be more thoughtful about framing and talk to the company that does frames for you. I give it 3 stars because that cosmetic issue is really bad. Overall the frame and the print look very nice. The portrait is pricey and it should be done well.

Too soon to tell - but I am disappointed that the shipping information was very far off. It said it wouldn't arrive for several weeks, so I had it shipped to the receipient's winter address - only to find out that it shipped MUCH sooner and no one was there.
