There is no way to see how it will turn out before you get it. Nothing ruins a sentimental gift more then spending a bunch of money on it for it to look like it was halfway done.

I barely get any communication about the order. I read that you get access to digital print (if you purchase it, and I have) that a link would be provided but I didn’t get anything and I still don’t know where to find it. All I know is my order is arriving tomorrow and I have no clue what it will look like.

We use a ticketing system to ensure nothing gets missed, but I do not doubt what you are saying, and I apologize as our system must have failed us on this occasion. There were several communications with customer service. Simple questions like do you offer gift messages, etc. Never received a reply. The end product was only fair and only vaguely resembled our pet.

While I appreciate the quick response and the good communication I find it odd that I am being asked to provide a review for how your company performed in fulfilling my order, when I haven’t had an opportunity to preview the order nor have I received notification that it has shipped.
