West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

Picture I gave was not the best but the team over at West & Willow made it into something perfect. Very happy with the result. Highly recommended!

The portrait of our pet was not what we expected when it first arrived. I immediately contacted customer service and was in contact with Aprilyn. She ensured that the issue would be fixed and there was no need to worry. After a few exchanged emails the portrait was perfected and exactly what I wanted/expected. West & Willow is dedicated to ensuring that their customers receive the best work. I can’t think Aprilyn enough for her dedication and expertise.

Fantastic product! I highly recommend! They want it to be exactly what you want! I appreciate the amazing customer service!

Loved my first picture so much, just ordered a second. Was a Christmas gift for my husband and it brought him to tears.

The final image of my dog is absolutely perfect. I love it so much - my entire family loves it and was blown away by how much it looks just like him. The first image we received wasn’t quite right, but West & Willow’s customer service team worked with me until I was 100% satisfied. Thank you!

I have ordered with West & Willow twice now and will continue to order with them for any and all pet related gifts. My recent purchase arrived and unfortunately didn’t look quite like I had hoped. West & Willow’s customer service team was able to fix the issues immediately and with such kindness and professionalism. It made my previously great experience with them even better knowing they will continue to care for their customers even after order fulfillment.

The picture I received back looked just like my black lab. They did a great job capturing her. It is a great keepsake and something I will always cherish. I am very impressed!!

The paintings were absolutely amazing, they were perfect!
