I had a problem with one item in my order & they immediately responded to resolve the issue. Very refreshing!

I recently lost my little baby girl Roo and being able to have a painting of her with my other bunny Roma helped ease the pain of her loss. Their photo was so beautifully done and captured their essence perfectly.

I have ordered from West and Willow I believe 5 times now. I love my pets and they do an amazing job with their portraits! The most recent one I ordered had a printing issue and when I reached out, they responded that same day to solve the issue. I will continue ordering my pet portraits from West and Willow!

The order was processed quickly and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. They captured our 3 Boston Terriers perfectly. We love it!

We gifted our daughter a portrait of her dog and it turned out perfectly. The artist did a beautiful job, and I loved the options to personalize the portrait. Highly recommend!

Got my order just in time for Christmas! I accidentally ordered wrong color and reached out and they switched the color for me no charge! Very respectful and professional definitely will be ordering more for family!! The picture I sent looks identical and we couldn’t be more happy with it!! :)
