The picture came out incredible! Looks exactly like both of my dogs. I was like a kid on Christmas opening it up. Not much surprises left in adulthood but the outcome was great surprise. Quick shipping too!

The picture I sent had some shading in it and when it went through the process it came out with two colors. Once I noticed the mistake I contacted W&W and they fixed the issue and sent me brand new items without any charge. Quality products and great customer service what more can you ask for

the picture came out really good and it was very custom to the my sisters dog not a stock photo as she has some very defining features. my sister loved it and it was a really good gift!
