The only reason this is 4 stars instead of 5 stars is that there was not anywhere to send a note (this purchase is a gift - shipped direct to my sister) and there was not an estimated ship/arrival date. I have ordered portraits bbefore for my dogs and a mug too and love it!

The site was easy to navigate and checking out was easy. The only flaw is just how much this company contacts the customer about deals/remembering to make a purchase. It was a bit annoying. I was going to make the purchase eventually, and didn't need to get 5 texts and emails a day from them reminding me to "check out."
