The service was wonderful and user interface when uploading was very straight forward. The only reason I didn’t provide 5 stars was the final picture didn’t come out great for 2 out of 3 pets. They just look really strange. I guess the artists don’t know my pets but I did request that they reach out to me if they’d like better photos. I really wish they did.

I received a 20% off email. I thought my 20% would automatically be deducted at checkout and I paid with applepay. I didn't see a coupon code.

Pros: 1. Customer service was (save one exception) very responsive and courteous. 2. Although shipping was slow relative to other companies I used over the holiday period, the item was extremely well packaged and arrived in good condition. 3. The print's frame is good quality and aesthetically pleasing. Cons: 1. Initial instructions for the print weren't followed, which led to an image that was much, much darker than it should have been. 2. As others have said, W&W's refusal to provide a proof before shipping meant that - when they got it wrong - an item was received through the post that did not meet expectations. This equates to wasted money for W&W and lost time for the customer. 3. Efforts to resolve the hue and tone of the image after the fact were too numerous (four attempts) and took too long (thirteen days). I still don't have the replacement print, and I ended up having to use the digital file that W&W sent me and take it to Staples to be printed there so that the gift would be ready for Christmas. A final word - the digital file provided for my 18x24 print was 1.3 MB. This is tiny. It printed fine, but I suspect that if you pay for a digital image as an 'extra', the file size will be the same regardless of the size of print you order. Bear that in mind when considering what size framed print you want (and the associated cost).

Print arrived before Christmas which was great, however, the name was spelled wrong. When I immediately brought it to their attention they said they would fix it but the fix did not come in time so this very special gift didn't happen! Still waiting...

The picture doesn’t look like the picture I submitted of my dog. The nose is wrong and the eye color is wrong. Disappointed.

I loved the digitally enhanced photo/print of my sister's dog. However, for the price of the item ($97.77 with tax and shipping for a 12x16 portrait), the quality of the frame could have been way better. I was certainly surprised when the package with the portrait arrived and it was super lightweight. The frame is cheap and cheapens the portrait's quality and is absolutely not worth $100.

The order was fulfilled in a very timely manner. Design closely represented our dogs, however, scale was off quite a bit. We purchased art with two dogs and our 100 lb. GSD looks equal or maybe slightly smaller than our 18 lb. Australian shepherd miniature. Gift and gesture was appreciated by recipient.

Photo is okay, missing a dark patch on puppies face, otherwise it was spot on!
