The quality is honestly just not there for the cost of this product. I have ordered twice now from you. The first time, I had to be sent a new portrait because a barcode was visible at the bottom and it was not well placed inside frame. I just received my newest order for my new dog, and the saw tooth holder on back of frame was put on crooked so there’s a low chance the frame will hang straight. There seems to be no quality control and for the amount you all are charging that should just not be the case. Edited to add: The company reached out after they read my review, offering to rectify the situation. After an initial offer for me to repurchase the item at a discount, they then offered to send a replacement.

I am very disappointed in the number of adds and other offers embedded into the order process. I haven’t received a proof of the product yet, but hopefully will be satisfied with that. I will not use this company again because I do not want my information shared and I do not want more “offers” cluttering my inbox. I could not even submit this review without agreeing to some random offer I did not want. Be warned!

The result I got was very cartoony compared to the examples on your website. The color of Cooper was wrong. He is a very white lab and he was colored yellow. I was going to give this as a Christmas gift but will probably not. I'm sure the quality of the photo will be the reason. Expensive lesson.

It looked cheaply made. It came fall rolled up. Not worth the 43 dollars I paid for. And that was without the frame

I purchased a gift certificate for a Christmas gift, and even though you were offering a 20% off sale, I was told this did not include gift certificates! Very disappointed.

Although I signed up for the discount for providing my email address, the discount was never applied.

It’s difficult to change order so I started over 6 times on 2 separate orders and I’m technology savvy! Having placed 2 orders, it would’ve been nice to combine them to save on your shipping cost. Not really understanding why my second order was more expensive than the first since the background and frame colors were basic choices. Lastly, these are gifts and I didn’t have the choice to designate accordingly so at least one of the recipients wouldn’t see the cost, b/c it will make her feel bad. I thought these difficulties were a sign not to purchase but I did anyway. Sure hoping end product is of quality.
