Never got it no updates it’s been over a month so nothing to review besides the service

It's been three weeks and I am waiting for any update on my order.

I lost my boy. I wanted to make a image to have to be able to remember him. I get no updates but flood with emails did you miss something when trying to check on the status. Please understand. I help a German Shepherd Rescue for over 12 years. I have lost several but still 7 with me. Was going to see how this product was. But I think I be looking other places. Stupid me paid for the digital. You send me a email about it but guess what you can not look at it till after you get your order. So I get a error message. Why even send it. Who every done you setup. Please have it relooked it. Very sad. My purchased is on April 3. Today is when I get an email let me know about the digital print. 10 Days later. Still no status when it might ship, But 1 to 2 weeks right.

issues were never resolved

Both of the framed pictures in my order came with broken frames. I contacted West & Willow and they were originally very helpful. Since then I’ve been waiting for my new order. I keep getting random emails from the company telling me they are sorry it’s taking so long to get back to me. Frankly, I have no idea what’s going on.
