I surprised my husband with a portrait of our pup for Christmas. The artist did a great job of catching her likeness but the coloring was off so I contacted customer support and they fixed it. I love how the final version turned out. Just perfect!

We had a little glitch with the pup’s eye color but W&W was quick to make the fix and replace the picture without additional cost. The item was a Christmas gift and unfortunately the replacement would not arrive in time but that’s okay. I like the final product and would purchase from them again.

Picture and mug were cute. They arrived before Christmas as well.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for how the West & Willow team handled my recent order and concern. Firstly, we absolutely love our W&Wartwork! And, now, we have all three dogs pictured in the hallway (Attached)! Our first product was a gift to my wife last year, and this year was to complete the arrangement. Although the first rendering of "Cash" was not something I was pleased with, the customer support team jumped immediately into action. The quick follow up and offered solution was perfect! The picture came out great! Also great customer service! (through email) Had an issue with my frame and they got right on it and took care of the problem very quickly! Will definitely be ordering more.
