had an issue with a broken frame and it was replaced in days

Customer service was top notch when I sent emails with questions. The product met my expectations and the gift was a hit!

I received the wrong phone case and they were understanding and re ordered my phone case without any issues.

It was a very easy process to go through and the people are also very kind. The picture looks amazing and I’m so happy with the way my portrait came out!

When my wife opened her gift of the picture of our 3 huskies, 2 have passed and one is still with us she cried tears of happiness. It was a touching moment

I had a very good experience working with this company & artist. They were able to captures my dog’s personality & expressive eyes!

I ordered this as a gift for my mom! She loved it. However, it arrived damaged. When I contacted the company (the day after Christmas!), they had a replacement in the mail the next day. The customer service is fantastic. And the new picture is perfect! The art work is great! I would highly recommend this company.

Great picture of my dog that I gave to my husband for Christmas. Easy to order, download photo and pay. LOVE the picture!
