My order actually got lost right before Christmas, but the customer service was amazing in getting me another one fast! Shout out to Jeramy. And the end product was beautifully done!

I've now gifted this to both my sisters and am going to buy one for myself. This is such a sweet representation of our furry best friends!

I purchased 2

Problem with the frame. Sent me a new one bery quickly! Love the results!

The reaction of my daughter when she opened her mug was priceless. Great job on getting the photo accurate of our dog.

I ordered a portrait for my girlfriend and we both loved it so much that I ordered a second one for her this year. When we recited the final product, it didn’t meet our expectations and we were a little let down initially. With it being a custom piece of art, we weren’t sure there was anything that could be done. I sent customer support an email and explained the situation and they were very quick to respond and address our concerns. They had their design team create a new portrait, sent us the draft to confirm we were pleased with the result, and then shipped it to us for no charge. Excellent service and great quality work!

I was bummed when the frame came broken but it was placed within a week and I get to keep the old pic which was appreciated. Would definitely purchase again

I ordered three large portraits and they were delivered to me better than I expected. Very happy!
