Was nervous at first to see how this photo would turn out. I communicated with the company before submission to make sure I had done everything correctly. They were quick to respond and very helpful. My husband loved his Christmas gift.

I wasn’t happy with the likeness of the original picture. I reached out to customer service and they went above and beyond to get it right. I would recommend some sort of proofing option in the future to make sure the likeness is accurate. Waiting on my replacement print now. Thank you for helping me!

Artwork was spot on. So easy to organise. And the team were great when we needed some extra assistance. Couldn’t have been more helpful. Would 100% recommend this to everyone who owns a fur baby

I had a problem with the coloring of a pet (my fault really, the picture wasn't very good) but West & Willow happily corrected it and are sending a replacement. Fabulous customer service!!!!!

My son couldn’t be happier with a picture of our family pup since he lives so far away. The picture captures our Fox Red Lab, Brick perfectly with his “chocolate chip” tongue and copper coloring. I love my pet portrait! It was a gift from my mom and they did such a great job capturing my dog’s face. I purchased the digital download to be able to use it elsewhere, too. The original image came with a smudge on the print, and they were responsive about sending a new one out!

My experience with West and Willow was 10/10. In the original print we ordered one of the dogs wasn’t captured quite right and West and Willow’s customer service requested a new photo of him and sent us a completely new print.
