Love this company and their customer service!

My photo got lost in the holiday shipping chaos and they replaced my photo at no additional cost. The staff walked with me through the process and I received a digital copy and replacement. I appreciate the great customer service.

I originally ordered a custom pet portrait for my parents as a Christmas gift and the art work was fantastic but my pet's name was misspelled on the print. However, the support team was very quick to respond to the issue and sent me another portrait with the correct name free of charge. Typos are an honest mistake and I respect West & Willow for helping me so promptly to correct it and sending me a new portrait for no additional costs whatsoever.

Doc was 10 1/2 when we adopted him from the SPCA, he is now almost 12. The SPCA had found him 1/2 frozen and it took them 3 months before they could even put him up for adoption (his 1 ear had frost bite on it)! He is so sweet and loves being around people, the picture says it all about his personality! Love it!!
