I loved receiving the picture of my beloved Hanky. He is no longer with us, so seeing him around all the time now brings us so much happiness. Not to mention the customer service of West and Willow is outstanding! The first framed photo arrived slightly damaged. They were immediate to respond and give me several options to choose from on solving the issue. I would definitely order from them again!

This is my 5th order with West and Willow. However, there was an issue with my order this time - the picture was too dark. They immediately said they would fix it with no issue. Super nice and helpful. :) extremely happy with their customer service.

Super impressed with the artwork I ordered! Every step was so easy, from the ordering process to contacting support about an error. I was also impressed with how quickly I received a response from the support team. Normally that is such a hassle elsewhere. I also loved being informed about every step in the process leading to receiving my artwork. Definitely plan on using this company again and referring others!
