I had ordered 2 pet photos for my kids for Christmas. One the colouring was not quite right and I contacted West & Willow and the artists got back to me immediately and corrected the issue.A new framed pet picture as sent to me and I did not need to send the original one back.

The first picture I received had the color of my dog wrong due to the lighting in my photo. Adrian in customer service was very willing to work with me to get the color corrected and send me a new one.
