Fast delivery and it came out so cute

It was perfect :)

you handled my neclese with care and wrapped it in stead of hust throwing it in there and sending it.

This is our second portrait from West and Willow and it looks amazing! Such a sweet way to incorporate our pets in the art in our home. Thank you!

Our sweet Molly crossed the rainbow bridge just after New Year’s Day. When we came home our “Molly” was at the door. There is never a day without her, now Each day we get to see her sweet face.

Great portrait of my 12 yo retriever and love sage background

I recently ordered a custom pet portrait from West & Willow as a gift for my dear friend who had lost her beloved cat. From the moment I uploaded the photo, the process was seamless, and the team's communication was outstanding – they kept me updated every step of the way and were incredibly responsive to my questions. When the portrait arrived, we were both blown away. The attention to detail in capturing her cat's unique features and personality was remarkable – it truly looks like a hand-illustrated masterpiece, with every whisker and expression perfectly rendered in their modern, minimalist style. The quality of the print and framing exceeded my expectations; it's gallery-worthy and now hangs proudly in her home as a beautiful, unique memory of her furry companion. Both my friend and I absolutely love it – it's brought so much comfort during a tough time. The customer service throughout was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. Thank you, West & Willow, for creating such a meaningful piece. I can't recommend you highly enough!

Well loved Christmas gift!
