It was easy to order. Too bad I couldn't see a preview of what it might look like?? Also, nothing about how long to ship until after order is placed. Looking forward to receiving it. Thanks

Ordered my two pet portrait and got a different single animal. It’s a mistake. They did turn around my order to resend. Two stars, would be one without the customer service. It would go up if I get my ordered portrait before Christmas. I received my requested portrait before Christmas. Thanks to their customer service team

The portraits of my dogs are great! One of the dog’s fur is darker in the portrait than in real life, but otherwise they look great!

Easy to use the website. Item came earlier than expected. I would have like to see a proof. The picture of our golden came out a little dark. I would have liked to try/test several pictures and then pick the best one for this format.
