I ordered a pet portrait and chose a pink background color, the color that I received was white and my dog is black & white. She blends into the background. I would have been okay with the switch if someone notified me but no one did. I do request a refund.

The picture I saw in the ad looked so realistic and like the pet but the one that I received was more like a cartoon of the pet. I am very disappointed by the product for that price. Unfortunately, it is a Christmas gift so there is nothing I can do

How about mentioning shipping dates before we order? My bad to assume they would be reasonable. 3-4 weeks? Oh yay, not in time for Christmas. Had I known I would not have ordered.

I’ve ordered from West & Willow several times. The art is always great and ships fast. My problems are these: 1. You get at least 2-3 marketing emails daily. This is annoying, but extra annoying when I’ve already placed an order - no need to sell me anymore. I also asked to be removed from the marketing campaigns and was called the wrong name multiple times and told I can just unsubscribe. I explained many times I didn’t want to unsubscribe from emails because I didn’t want to miss an important order email. Customer support was no help repeatedly. 2. The cost is pretty high for what you get. Though I am a repeat customer, all of this is just not for me — I won’t be ordering again.

There was no indication how long the order would take to be delivered until I paid.

This is the first time I’ve ordered something and I have no idea what it’s going to look like or when it will arrive. I would think they would send an expected delivery date at least. I bought this as a Christmas gift so I hope it arrives on time.

Not even a close representation of my dog. My daughter didn’t even recognize the dog in the portrait. I was going to order more of these for family but not a chance after seeing this example
