West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

They were very quick to rectify the issue that I had with my order.

Amazing company. The picture I sent was not that great and they were able to redo my photo and resend it. Everybody was very helpful and timely with a replacement!!

I received my order and I let West and Willow know that I was disappointed in the picture because the coloring of my dog was off. Patches is black and white and the picture I rec'd had a lot of tan in it. I reached out to the customer service number and they simply were amazing and corrected the picture and sent a proof for me to check out. Customer service like this without judgement will keep me as a customer as I have 3 more animals to do yet- Thank you for being an exceptional company who stands by their word. I will be a repeat customer for sure
