West & Willow went above and beyond to perfect my pets’ portraits! They worked with me on a couple changes I requested and were always quick to get back to me, and very kind and helpful in the process. It was a great experience and the portrait was PERFECT! I love it and will definitely order from here again!

I was skeptical when I order my product, but I was more than pleased with the result and will be ordering again. This was a birthday present for my daughter and I can't wait to give it to her!

West & Willow exceeded all my expectations! Their renderings of my pets look exactly like them and have managed to even capture their personalities! Selecting the right photo seems to really matter! I had one made of a pet no longer with us and they were extremely helpful to me in finding the right photo! I am extremely happy with their service and product!
