I ordered two pet portraits as gifts for my daughter. When they came in, both were beautiful, one was spot on but one did not quite depict the size of her German Shepherd. I filled out a form, explained what we were wanting to change and they sent over a new image for me to approve that was absolutely perfect! She is going to love her gifts, excellent customer service!

Although I haven’t received my frame yet I wanted to say that I am impressed with their customer service. We recently lost our dog and I came here to purchase a memorial item. I made a mistake with the order and needed to add an additional product. They were so kind and very fast! I know we will cherish our items ♥️
