I loved what I saw on West and Willow regarding pet portraits. I ordered one for my daughter’s birthday. When I received it, the background color was wrong. I was disappointed. I contacted them and they graciously agreed to send me another print with the correct background color. You can’t beat that kind of customer service!!!
