Would have liked to see an example of what the photo was going to look like in advance of finalizing the order because I would have changed the background color to better see Roscoe since he has many white sections. Also would have made Lucy slightly smaller. Would be great for guys could update your software to be able to have the customer do some edits before the final produce is produced. I have this gif a gift for my daughter who lost 2dogd in the past year.

Happy with purchase. Shipment arrived in good condition and ahead of schedule. They did a good job capturing my dogs’ images from existing photos. The art style give a slightly shaggier look than my short hair dogs actually are, but it looks kinda cool. I’m giving this as a gift and couldn’t be happier with it. I gave only 4 stars because of price.

I ordered a coffee mug with a picture of a black lab. The cup arived promptly, but no facial features showed up on the black shape of a dog. The company requested more photos and details of what needed improvement. Within a week, a new coffee mug arrived with much improved facial features.

Easy ordering process. Would be helpful to see a draft before processing payment. Disappointing that I spent $114 and was not eligible for free shipping with a promo code.

After some shipping issues and a long delay, my portrait finally arrived and it was amazing!!!

Great product - I just wish I could preview the product before I purchased it

The artwork came out better than I expected. My wife is going to love this as a Christmas gift. My only reason for not giving a 5-star rating is that I think their process could be better. They only allow 1 photo to be sent in and you don’t get to see it before they ship it, yet they guarantee satisfaction, but it would be so much easier to allow customers to view a proof and provide any change requests before shipping the print. Now I’m in a bit of a scramble to get the background color changed and reprint which is going to cost me more time and money than if they shared with me first. Otherwise I highly recommend. The quality is of the art is excellent if you like an illustrated look for your pet.

Loved the product but the way it was packaged wasn’t the best. It was raining here and the cardboard on the outside was wet. When the package was opened it was wet on the plastic around the pictures as well. Luckily it didn’t get on the frame or the pictures.
