I love this concept, and the shipping and delivery were quick and excellent. However, the portrait of my cat is more inaccurate than I expected. I submitted a picture of an orange cat and received a very grumpy brown cat. Unfortunately this is a Christmas gift, so I don't have time to order another.

I purchased a portrait which was beautiful. My problem is the frame. Someone carelessly attached the frame hanger at a sharp angle so the frame will not hang straight. To take it out would ruin the frame so I will need to go to the store and purchase another frame. Just a costly mistake. Before I received this order, I purchased another portrait but without the frame. I'm very happy with the portrait work.

I ordered a mug but the picture they included on the mug was so little and not sized appropriately for the mug. I expected the team would do a better job with the picture I sent. In addition I included the name of my dog in the order and they didn’t include the name on the mug like expected. Overall - seemed like a very quick and not high quality effort.

I bought as Christmas gift based on ad stating delivery for Christmas if ordered by 12/13. Confirm email Now says 3-4 weeks of more Thanks

There was nothing special to the picture, I do not think it was worth the 70 dollars. Just a low quality frame with the a printed picture, nothing more. 5 star shipping, was very easy and fast.

So far, I've only got an email saying that you received my order. But no idea on how long it may take or any kind of confirmation as of yet. I even emailed to see if I needed to upgrade to faster shipping. And I've gotten a response says it will take 2 to 4 days to get a response.

Disappointed in picture quality. The frame is falling apart! The bottom left corner joint does not fit properly.

i am still waiting to hear back as to if the order has been processed or shipped. I do appreciate it is the holidays however a notice will be nice to be provided.
