West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I love my portrait. Beautiful. I only wish i got one size bigger. If you second guess yourself then just do it. My picture was also lost on NJ somehow when tracking was searched. West snd Willow send out a new replacement in a day or so. Thanks.

Customer service was amazing! I have total confidence in this company My daughter’s dog had passed away, so I had a picture made, and it was just perfect. At Christmas I ordered two other family members pictures of their dogs, and was very dissatisfied with both. West and Willow immediately replace them but unfortunately they were lost in the mail, this company jumped right on the problem and replaced my lost order. When I finally got both pictures, they were absolutely perfect! I definitely will shop again.

My sister recently had to unexpectedly put her dog down due to his health issues. I got her the pet portrait with his photo and name, and she sobbed when she opened it. Such a beautiful tribute gift that she will cherish forever.

I absolutely love my portrait! It turned out amazing! Thank you so much for a great product! ♥️

I have ordered twice from them and both times were great service and the products are excellent!

My pictures were absolutely perfect

I had ordered a picture for my mom for Christmas. The art was done perfectly but when the order arrived it had what looked like pink crayon marks on some parts of the photo. After talking with customer service (which was very pleasant and easy), they are having the picture reprinted and sent to my mom for no charge. Overall, good experience and was grateful that reaching out to customer service was an easy process by! Plus it was a great gift and my mom loved it.

They were amazing to work with
