One of the best customer service departments Very responsive and prompt and fair

I love this so much!!!! My dog is cute in real life but super cute on this portrait.

Great service ! Quick response. Kind people!

So far so good

We used West and Willow to send a remembrance gift to our friends whose pet recently passed away. Their reaction was priceless. “This is amazing. It totally captures his sweet and soulful essence. It’s such a thoughtful and beautiful gift. It means so much…we will cherish it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!” Home-run in my book! Lori L. 1-22-24

I love my custom portrait but I wasn't 100% satisfied but I was shy to ask for changes since it seemed petty; but a friend convinced me to try. The West and Willow artists were so kind and they worked with me on my changes and went through two revisions until I was happy with it. I am so grateful! You just don't find excellent customer service like this in many places anymore. I would order from here again in a minute!

It seemed to be an easy website to figure out. Now I just sit and wait!

The Support Team was very understanding of my concerns and quickly responded and adjusted the picture.
