We were not ecstatic with the first picture we received, but I reached out to let West & Willow know our reasons for not loving it. They listened and redid the picture, and were kind about it. We love it now. I think this could have been avoided if customers were shown the photo to approve before production.

I've purchased 2 illustrations of my dogs. The first one arrived and I was very happy. The second arrived and had 2 small issues. I contacted W&W and they were very gracious and made the adjustments, sent we a picture for approval and it is on it's way! Thank you W&W for delivering on your promise of 100% satisfaction!

Amazing customer service! Our product came damaged but they immediately sent out a replacement and was great with communicating through email.

I recently lost my dog of 17 years before Thanksgiving and I was heartbroken. I wanted to create a portrait and a mug to remember him by and stumbled across West & Willow on Instagram. I uploaded a photo and filled out the form and saw that they didn’t offer any proofs before the product was shipped out. My mug was sent home first and I was highly disappointed. My dog had just died and I I got an image of this dog that to me looked emaciated and aged, not looking like the happy photo of the dog I sent in. I know nothing will ever capture the image of my dog, but he looked tired and boney on the mug. I reached out to customer service and they worked with me to correct the image allowing me to say which parts I had an issue with. They sent me a new mug and portrait at no cost about two weeks later and I am incredibly satisfied. I really appreciate how the team worked with me. Thank you so much!

Jeramy in Customer Service is the G.O.A.T. Give that guy a raise and a promotion. Epitome of what excellent customer service should be - the art of customer service isn't what it used to be - but Jeramy made me feel like it was making a comeback with how he handled a mistake I MADE on my order. Top notch.

I needed a correction to one of the pictures I ordered. They were very helpful and made sure to get my dog's coloring just right.

I absolutely love my double pet portrait. It came out better than I could have imagined and it looks exactly like my babies. Best gift to give or receive!

West & Willow is a great company. Customer Support is extremely supportive and made some changes that I requested. The final product turned out great.
