The posters are amazing. So amazing that I’ve gone back to purchase one for all my dogs. One time there was a promotion for a free coffee mug, something I didn’t know I needed until I received it. Well. We added a puppy to the family recently so back I go to order another poster (and mug now that I know how much I love them) for him. My husband mentioned how nice it would be to have mugs for all the dogs which prompted me to email their customer support. Ralph was terrific in quickly responding back to me that he found all our previous photos (going back 4 years!) and that he would get the mugs ordered for us. His customer service was great, and I don’t hesitate one bit recommending this company.

The customer service is great! I accidentally order the wrong size picture and when I messaged about changing they got back to me right away and were able to change the size right away! The picture came out great!
