West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

This is not my first West and Willow purchase. And they did not fail to deliver an awesome picture again!

Customer service was able to do exactly what I requested and promptly.

Words cannot describe how pleased I am for this to have come out as amazing as it did! It’s absolutely beautiful!

Absolutely amazing artwork and customer service. I placed an order but wasn’t completely satisfied with how one of my dogs turned out, however, the support team was extremely helpful and quick to work with me on getting me a new portrait. Andrian was excellent and made sure all my requests were met by the production team. I will definitely be ordering again and this is your sign to order as well!

Our pet portrait turned out to be so special. It was very realistic and captured our pets images perfectly.

My boy died recently and I was hoping this would capture his personality. It is wonderful. I don't think I could be more pleased with it.

I ordered the art of our sweet dog, Lucy, who passed away a few months ago, as a gift for my husband at Christmas. There was something that didn't quite work for us so I contacted the West & Willow Customer Support Team and exchanged emails with Andrian. Andrian was very responsive and wanted to know exactly what they could do to fix it for me. They listened and we ended up with a perfect piece of art that now adorns our wall. I am very pleased with the solution and with the kindness of Andrian. Thank you very much.

Love the pictures. Great work.
