I loved my friend's pet portrait and so I ordered one for my sister for xmas. It arrive and unfortunately was creased from shipping and had the wrong background color. When I wrote to W&W they quickly replied and not only swiftly sent me a new portrait, they also allowed me to give feedback that the dog's body looked very CG and so gave her some more depth. I was disappointed at first, but am pleased with the outcome.

It’s challenging to check the status of your order. I never received the confirmation email and then submitted a ticket but still haven’t received anything. My order number is 528650. I’ve order from you all before and love the portraits I’ve received, so I’ll blame this on technology.

Ordering was easy and the product is a really good product. We love the way West & Willow captured the true essence of the pets. Shipping was quick and the quality of the product is great. We have two slight problems though. 1) the print is supposed to be 18x24 but was actually smaller. This posed a problem as it didn’t fit in the frame without moving and we had to get creative. A mat doesn’t work because the picture is right to the edge. We ended up putting a mat behind it and using scrapbooking adhesive squares to attach it to the mat so the picture stayed where it belonged. 2) we have a dog and a cat pictured. The sentiment is nice but the dog and cat’s heads are both the same size. A little odd to look at it like that. All in all, we do like the product and the idea. These two things though make it a little off 5-stars.

The portrait is great. However, there appear to be some smudge marks or ink on the photo itself making it noticeable.

The photos turned out very good, one is a little to the dark side, but overall we are very pleased with the pictures and product.

came out awesome, and i plan to order one for myself and one as another gift!! only negative is that i paid for a special frame and it came with a standard black one.

This was a gift, hasn't been opened yet, so I'm shooting in the dark here. It sure would be nice to have a photo of what you sent. Appreciate the quick turnaround.

The turnaround time was fast and the pictures came out good - I'm excited to give these as gifts. However, I think the packaging could be better. Since I chose the option without the frames, the pictures came rolled up. Because the paper is relatively thick, it ended up having bumps & creases when I unrolled the pictures. I also had to lay them out under something heavy for a few hours so they'd flatten out. Additionally, it would have been nice to receive updates along the way or even proofs of the pictures for approval before they shipped. However, all things considered, this was a good experience.
