West & WillowReviews of westandwillow.com

I ordered a three dog pic and two of the three are perfect but the third looks pretty bad. I dont know if its a.i. that does these but there shouldn't be blue on my dogs face. There is way too muchbrown added to the thirds eyes as well.

I wish a proof had been sent before. While the photo I sent resembles the dog in the West & Willow print sent to me, there are some significant discrepancies. Hoshi is a sort haired dog. Its clear in the photo I sent. The image I received is one of a long haired dog. So sadly, the mark was missed. I'd pay for the option to have a proof to approve before going to print. That way I could make comments or changes and get it right before it was printed or shipped. I love their product.

I would have appreciated a preview of what my print would look like before ordering. I would have made changes.

I was given a code to get 10% off. Each time I attempted to put it in it told me that it was invalid

I ordered a mug and a framed art piece with my two dogs on it. The mug arrived in a box with no protection at all, unwrapped, and broken. However, they did respond immediately and are sending a replacement, so that's good. But the fact that it was shipped that way in the first place is the reason for the 3 start rating. The framed art piece seems to be good quality. A little disappointed that the picture looks so much like a drawing, it's not real looking at all. Their website shows several completed pieces, some look more real than others, so I knew it would be a bit of a gamble. But it looks very "drawn" and one dog's coloring is quite a bit different than in real life. So, it's cute, but I would probably not recommend.

We ordered a frame with 3 animals on it. The two were amazing but the third didn’t look good at all. The first two were very realistic and the third looks very cartoon like. I thought If the pictures we took weren’t working well then I would’ve been contacted for a different one like the website said. I’m a little disappointed about the third animal but love the rest of it.

A proof should be sent to purchaser.

The first picture we got had inaccuracies. They replaced the image after speaking to two separate people. The second image arrived and the frame was broken. Still waiting to get a perfect product.
