I’ve received my dog portraits and I’m so disappointed. They don’t even look like the dogs. The large dog looks so small and the small dog looks huge. Not what I expected at all.

A digital proof should be sent prior to order completion. One of our pets mouths looks very odd. Like they were trying to show her tongue but it just ended up not looking like anything but a pink blob

I have three of these from recent years and this is the only one I am not pleased with… first of all I thought I had ordered the 11x14, second you can’t see the dogs eyes and in the photo they are clear. I have looked at the ones we have on the wall and the details are there but not this one. So I think I will try some other options to match with the others- this won’t be hanging on the wall.

Completely overpriced. I did not see an option to indicate my purchase was a gift so I wasn’t able to request a gift receipt. I also did not see an estimated delivery date. I have no idea if the gift will make it on time for Christmas. I thought 10% off for a first time customer especially at Christmas was not enough. I won’t be purchasing from here again or be recommending this business. Had the person i bought for not requested a framed picture of her pet from this company, I never would have bought it.

I ordered unframed, and my picture is covered in creases from being rolled. Maybe find a different way to send or don’t offer to send unframed. For the cost of the item I should not have to spend time and more money to fix.

I have ordered 3 times from West and Willow,but I won’t be ordering again. My first experience was great. The second order was done incorrectly twice before I got what I ordered. It was a gift ,that ultimately was late. Very disappointing. My most recent order arrived quickly, but again had an issue with a bar code visible in the framed print. Now again, the replacement won’t arrive in time for the intended Christmas gift. I’ll find a new company the next time I’m looking for this type of product. The only positive note is customer service responded promptly.

First one arrived with a deep scratch in the plexiglass. Second one arrived with a wrinkle in the print and the hanger on the back positioned on the wrong side! I will not order from this company again. Disappointing!!

It’s Ok I got a painted portrait that looks very little like my dog and I thought I was getting a photo print. Would definitely have sent a different picture if I knew it was a painting.
