I was really impressed with West & Willow. I ordered a portrait of my sister's dog for Christmas. I wasn't fully pleased with the final product when I received it, and when I reached out to customer support they were extremely helpful and willing to work with me. They did two more drafts for me and we did end up with a final portrait that me and my sister both loved. I'm so impressed with the customer service and I will be ordering from them again!

What I like it, it was easy to order what I wanted..Now I'm waiting for the results of my dog picture. I just wished there was more options besides the basics. I do enjoy what you have on line. I say 5 Star review

I have purchased 2 paintings from them and they are truly remarkable and amazing. The second one was missing one of my cat’s whiskers and they communicated immediately and fixed the issue and it’s perfect!!!!
