Great customer service!
I never write reviews, but I want to share my experience because they provided some of the best customer service I have received in a long time. This past fall I ordered a painting of my cockapoo Copper. It was a gamble as I didn't know anyone who had used West & Willow before, but it was reasonably priced and I went for it. They did a great job on Copper's painting so I decided to order another for my niece for Christmas. This one was a bit trickier as she has two dogs - one black and one white. When I received it, I wasn't as happy because the color of the white dog was off - she looked more gray. So I went thru the online process and explained my dissatisfaction. No problem! they got right one it and worked to correct the color. They did just what I asked and it looked so much better! But then I got pickier and asked them to work on her eye color and make her coat look a little curlier. They were so nice and totally willing to keep working to satisfy my requests. It took a little time but they came back with another one again responding to my requests. The communication has been great and they've just been very accommodating. I am been very impressed! Just wanted to let everyone know this is a very reputable company that does its best to satisfy their customers.
