It’s hard to write a review for a product I just purchased. I am sure I will enjoy it. The website was easy to use. I like the options available. I also like that I can purchase the digital download. This is going to be a gift, so if it comes as advertised, I will definitely make more purchases. However, I don’t like the fake discounts. Post the price and that’s it. An auto generated discount doesn’t mean anything. Also, don’t ask for tips. Everyone wants a tip for every job they do. Tips are extra. You want extra, do extra. We pay for a service to have photos put on objects. If you go beyond what we pay for, then MAYBE, you get extra money. Having a job that doesn’t pay enough doesn’t mean you make up for that by ASKING for more money. There is no angry tone in this so please don’t read it that way. I am simply writing an honest review. I ordered the wrong phone case, otherwise it was a good experience and a good product. My error.

This was a gift and my daughter and her husband loved the pictures!!! I was very pleased with the results as well. The only reason I gave a 4 for the rating is the color was wrong with one of the 3 dogs. But I do give them a 5 with their response to correcting it and with all the great communication from the very beginning. They are very quick to respond with their emails. I was very impressed with this company.

End result is amazing. Just ordered another. It did take a long time to be delivered.

I am pleasantly surprised with the pictures especially the one with two pets. However it looks like the 3 pet picture is just too small. I will not recommend getting 3 pets per picture. It is unusable. My only problem with the whole process is I was told I would get them by Christmas, but I realized it was tight. But when I tried to contact them, I couldn't get any helpful info.

The Customer Service was very courteous and prompt! However, I would like to see a preview of the print before shipping for approval. This feature definitely needs to be added to your service! Once our desired print was edited and corrected, it was beautiful!

Good quality and nice memory. A little pricey but not unmanageable.

The final product was amazing. Ordering the digital download was confusing. It wasn’t clear how it would be received (a link?). I had 2 different images and it wasn’t clear which one I ordered. Thankfully I got the preferred image (via email).
