Got a very odd picture of my dog and still awaiting the new redesign. Disappointing for the price

Is been moren than 3 weeks and I have not receive my order

Paid extra money for a larger frame, the dog is disappearing into the immense white background. I feel ripped off as I can visually assume that the extra money I paid was just to increase the background and not the actual image of the dog.

Very dissappointed. Took way longer to ship than what I was gaureeteed.

I still have not received my photo of my dog Evo. I have placed 2 requests and I get a random response that a package was delivered. This is true but you have sent 2 of the same items and I am still missing 1 item. There has been no customer service follow up. Really disappointed and frustrating

Honestly, the artwork was liked by some of my family members but for me I did not get the option to see which design might be best for my dog that passed away. It took a whole month for me to receive any notice or answer and all I got was a second confirmation after I tried to inquire what was taking so long, I also paid for the painting to be a priority as well. Everything was disappointing and people should think twice before ordering from here as it was definitely a lot of money spent.

Coffee mug made the photo really small which made it muddled, name text was also very smsll

Ordered originally back in last week of March, said my order would be here in 2-4 weeks. Just got my order as of May 11 after messaging customer service constantly. They only refunded me $13, which is ridiculous considering I waited longer than expected for this gift. It’s two months past the time I wanted to give this gift. Also almost $90 for a tiny picture frame? I will never purchase from this place again.
