There was a flaw on the image after it been printed that was done when they were most likely framing it. I reached out to customer service and they were so gracious about getting me another print shipped out quickly. The customer service rep I talk to you was so wonderful and caring! Thank you. I will be recommending you to everyone I know that has a pet!
